He emphasizes strength training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life.
Doug has a bachelor’s degree and is certified by NASM, IFPA, NESTA, CHEK, and Precision Nutrition. He is an educator and teaches weekly meetings on staff education as well as weekend workshops. Doug believes in making fitness a part of your life, creating and maintaining a positive mindset, and improvising to keep workouts effective and interesting.
