“Increasing health and self-confidence, one workout at a time” That’s what you will see Sarah doing with each client during their training session. Sarah’s goal is to help you recognize your potential and then take it to the next level.
Sarah grew up an athlete and her passion has always been with fitness in one form or another. She has participated in everything from Little League T-Ball and soccer to racing marathon canoes and dragon boats at the elite level.
With a B.S. in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University, certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a variety of group fitness certifications she has the knowledge and skills necessary to take you where you want to go.
