Zach Lewandowski is a strength coach who has worked with all levels of individuals ranging from athletes at a sports performance gym to people who are just looking to improve their lifestyle by building a foundation of strength. Zach has a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware and is currently certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Zach believes everyone can benefit from incorporating strength training into their daily lives no matter what their age. His goal is to help others become comfortable with strength training and to help everyone he works with realize that we are strong and resilient individuals. He is a firm believer that nutrition is an important part of everyone’s lives that is often overlooked. His ability to combine a solid foundation or proper eating and strength training exercise techniques provide his clients the best path to attaining optimal health.
