Kathryn enjoys tailoring an exercise program to meet each individual’s specific needs and goals and is a firm believer in ExRx (Exercise as prescription). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and is currently working towards a Masters Degree at West Chester University in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Additionally, Kathryn holds a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification from the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM), which has the most rigorous educational and practical experience standards in the health and fitness industry.  But more than the educational standards Kathryn has the ability to connect with her clients on a personal level.

As a person that lives with type 1 diabetes she has a passion for diabetes education.  Her next vocational goal will be in becoming a diabetes care and education specialist. If you live with diabetes and need help creating a sustainable exercise program, Kathryn is a trainer best equipped to deal with the challenges that diabetes presents to your exercise program.  As a former collegiate cheerleader and coach she knows how to keep you motivated and on track.
