Know that you should stretch after a workout but have a hard time sitting still or meditating in a traditional yoga class? Do you need to increase flexibility, improve balance, or build core strength? How about tight hamstrings? Sore shoulders or back? In this class we cut out the meditation and jump straight into sun salutations to warm up after starting with a few moments of breath awareness (as breath is required to flow between poses most effectively). We then move through a series of poses to target shoulders, hamstrings, quads, core, upper back, and anything else that might ail an athlete!
